Course Fees:
• Short courses / Modular courses must be paid at point of order in order to secure your place
• 2 year approved course 4 equal payments
• 25% at sign up 25% of remaining balances at 6 month intervals
Examinations:
Part-66 Examinations must be paid at point of order to secure your place and provide adequate time for enrolment and identity verification
Client Cancellation:
• Full refund where SAI have received minimum 10 working days notice of cancellation
• A credit may be offered where SAI have received minimum 5 working days notice of cancellation
• No refund where SAI have received less than 5 working days notice of cancellation
• No refund for non-attendance
Training notes:
• Self Study training notes must be paid at point of order. Once payment has been confirmed as cleared, the purchaser will receive a digital PDF via We-Transfer (secure file transfer service)
Cancellation policy:
• SAI Cancellation - full refund or alternative date offered where cancellation is unfortunately unavoidable
Short Courses / Modular Courses
- Client Cancellation - full refund where SAI have received minimum 10 working days notice of cancellation
- 50% refund where SAI have received minimum 5 working days notice of cancellation
- No refund where SAI have received less than 5 working days notice of cancellation
- No refund for non-attendance
2 year Approved Course
• SAI Cancellation - full refund or credit offered where insufficient course numbers have been confirmed
• Client Cancellation - full refund where SAI have received minimum 20 working days notice from course start date
- No refund where SAI have received less than 20 working days notice from course start date
- No refund for non-attendance
In extenuating circumstances, SAI will work with the affected party to agree opportunity for reschedule, credit or refund based on the particular individual circumstance ( this may include examples such as illness, family bereavement, visa issues). A decision on any refund offered will be at the sole discretion of SAI Aerospace Training Ltd and documented evidence for any cases of extenuating circumstances will be required for final decision making.
Notes:
On request by the student or sponsor, SAI will retain the full amount as a credit towards future training and/or examination at SAI without deduction of the administration fee.
An administration fee may be applied for cancellation activity dependant upon timing of cancellation.
