Stuart Milne is a highly experienced aerospace professional and strategic leader with expertise in risk analysis, strategic planning, and the development of elite technical training programmes. Currently a Commercial Pilot, Stuart’s career includes a distinguished tenure in the RAF as a Tactics & Programme Director and a B-2 Stealth Bomber Instructor Pilot.

With over 3,000 flying hours and a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering with Aeronautics, he brings a deep technical understanding of the aerospace sector to the SAI board. Stuart has a proven track record of managing significant operational budgets and leading multinational teams.

His expertise in designing world-class technical training programmes and experience managing complex multinational operations ensure a robust approach to corporate governance and operational independence for SAI.
