Andy Marshall is the current GM at Woodward Aircraft Engine Systems in Prestwick.

With 26 years’ experience in Aerospace MRO, primarily in Aircraft Fuel Control systems and Turbo-Prop component repair for multiple aircraft engine types including LEAP, GEnx, V2500, CFM56-5 and GE90. The Woodward Prestwick site serves the EMEA region.

Andy has led the Woodward Prestwick site for 11 years having previously worked on the shop floor and is responsible for setting the strategic direction and managing site growth.

Andy is local to the area and has for a number of years, helped drive the strategic direction of the Aerospace cluster in managing the skills and growth needed for the future. Having gone through 26 years of growth with Woodward, Andy brings the knowledge at an industry level to create the teams and visions required to be sustainable.

Andy serves on the Board of SAI Aerospace Training Ltd, ensuring corporate governance, and helping to strengthen the links for the organisation to education and local industry which are critical for the long-term prosperity of the region.
