Thank you for your purchase(s).
For examination purchases:
Our exams department will review your order and send out a confirmation once your order has been processed and your name has been added to the relevant examination list. This email will also include instructions on joining the exam on the day.
For notes purchases:
You will receive an automated email with a download link. The files are encrypted as a .drmz file and can only be opened using the secure PDF reader listed below. You will also receive an email with a unique password, which must be used to access the notes through the PDF reader.
Modular Course purchases:
You will receive an onboarding email specific to the course you purchased, detailing where to go and when the course starts. The course notes will be sent to you digitally, no later than the weekend before course delivery begins. The files are encrypted as a .drmz file, and can only be opened using the secure PDF reader listed below. You will also receive an email with a unique password, which must be used to access the notes through the PDF reader. Examinations will take place on the final Friday of the course.
Secure PDF reader:
The secure PDF reader required to view these files is called Javelin3, and can be downloaded for free at the Drumlin website below. When you open the program, you will be able to select the notes from whichever folder you saved them into. Once selected, you will be asked to enter your unique code (as mentioned above), and this will open the notes ready for viewing, highlighting and annotation. These note cannot be printed. Your code will be valid for 12-months from date of purchase. After this time, you will no longer be able to access these notes.

Certificates:
For any exams passed, a certificate will be raised and dispatched to your home address within 30 calendar days. If you would like to hold off on having a certificate raised until you have completed all of your modules / remaining modules, please let us know, and we will only produce your certificate upon request.
